1. All Payment has to be done in advance and are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable. However, 100% Refund would be given if there is any delivery error or lag from our side like Payment failure, Payment gateway error etc. The same has to be informed by the user on help@nakshapoint.in. Refund may take upto 7 working days to get fully processed

2. WhatsApp Phone Call Support 10.00AM-07.00PM (Monday-Saturday) only.

3. We plan/supervise things only as per client(s) demand and are not responsible for any harm/penalty by any authority financially, legally, ethically or morally.

4. We take time to prepare drawings etc. as per client charter/requirement. However, it may vary.

5. Unwelcome Arguments and rude behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Site visit request need to be given atleast in 2 days advance. We are not binded to visit the site in case of any urgency and that is the sole decision of NakshaPoint.

7. Any dispute will be subjected to RAIPUR jurisdiction only.

8. Upgradation could be done within 10 days only from the deal date.
